About the project

Path to Success is a European project aimed at improving career guidance and supporting young people in building their future. It brings together organisations from Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Poland that share a common goal – to make career education more practical, inclusive and relevant to the reality of today's labour market.

The project was created in response to the challenges young people face when making decisions about education and employment. Many struggle to identify their strengths, understand labour market trends or develop the soft skills that employers value. Through the Path to Success project, partners have designed tools and methods that help youth workers, teachers and counsellors guide young people more effectively.

The project promotes non-formal education and interactive learning. Its activities foster self-awareness, teamwork and problem-solving, while providing participants with up-to-date information on job opportunities and sought-after skills.

By combining experience from various European contexts, Path to Success offers a set of practical resources – including a best practice guide, a structured career guidance programme, a job interview card game and a training package for educators. These tools make career guidance more engaging and easier to apply in schools, youth centres and community programmes.

The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and coordinated by Asociația Be You in cooperation with Youthfully Yours SK, ZPTM Brežice and Fundacja Akcelerator Obywatelski Spark.
