Allocating a portion of your paid tax costs you nothing extra. You simply decide who the state sends a portion of the tax you have already paid. The information and deadlines below refer to the tax for the year 2025, allocated in 2026.

If you are an employee

  1. By 16 February 2026 at the latest, request your employer to perform the annual tax reconciliation for 2025 and to issue a certificate for the purpose of assigning a share of your tax.

  2. Upon your request, your employer will issue the Certificate of Tax Payment (V2Pv25_P) by 15 April 2026 at the latest.

  3. Complete the separate Declaration V2Pv25 and include the details for Youthfully Yours SK.

  4. Deliver the Declaration along with the certificate from your employer to the tax office by 30 April 2026 at the latest.

If you are filing your own tax return

  1. In the individual tax return for the year 2025, complete the section regarding the allocation of a share of the paid tax.

  2. Provide the details of Youthfully Yours SK and the amount corresponding to 2%, or 3% if the volunteering condition is met.

  3. Submit the tax return and pay the tax by March 31, 2026, or by the notified extended deadline.

If you are filing a tax return for a legal entity

  1. In your 2025 corporate income tax return, fill in the section regarding the allocation of your paid tax and provide the details for Youthfully Yours SK.

  2. A legal entity may allocate 2% if it has donated at least 0.5% of its paid tax to a public-benefit purpose no later than the deadline for filing the tax return; otherwise, it may allocate 1%.

  3. File your tax return and pay the tax by March 31, 2026, or within any announced extended deadline.

When you can donate 3%

An individual can assign 3% of their tax to a non-profit organization if they performed at least 40 hours of volunteer work in 2025. Please attach written confirmation from the recipient of the volunteer activity and, if involved, the sending organization to your declaration or tax return.
