Project Kick-off Meeting

Digital readiness is key for organisations that want to effectively reach and support young people. With the ongoing digital transformation, youth workers and their organisations must adopt innovative digital tools to connect with those who need them most.

We are proud to be working on the ADAPTIFY project, an initiative aimed at empowering young people to develop adaptive skills, self-confidence and resilience through digital storytelling and AI-assisted art creation.

We recently met in Rome for the kick-off meeting. This meeting allowed us to collaborate, plan strategically and map out the steps needed to develop innovative content for this project.

Over the coming months, all partners will work diligently to create impactful content for the ADAPTIFY project.

Follow us for updates and follow our journey as we bring digital innovation to youth empowerment.

LTT in Bordeaux

We are happy to share the highlights from the Learning, Teaching and Training (LTT) event held in Bordeaux, France, from 25 to 29 November 2024. As part of the Adaptify project, this event was an opportunity for participants to engage in hands-on activities that foster creativity, adaptability and digital literacy.

Key highlights from the LTT event

Throughout the event, we explored tools and activities that equip participants with the skills needed to succeed in today's fast-paced, technology-driven world. Here is what happened:

  • Learning agility and digital literacy: Participants were introduced to core concepts of learning agility and critical thinking, which are essential for navigating an ever-changing world.

  • 3D printing and innovation: We visited Le Lab, where participants gained hands-on experience with 3D printing and explored how digital tools can support creativity and problem-solving.

  • Emotional intelligence and well-being: The training also included a session on emotional intelligence, which helped participants understand the link between well-being and effective communication.

  • Collaboration and communication: Interactive sessions focused on improving collaboration and communication skills – vital for successful work in any environment.

In addition to these hands-on sessions, participants had the opportunity to explore Bordeaux and enjoy shared activities outside of the formal sessions.

A big thank you to all our partners and participants for making this experience meaningful. The commitment to creativity, collaboration and personal growth was evident throughout the event and we are excited to continue using these tools to inspire young people across Europe.

What is next?

We look forward to applying the knowledge and techniques gained from this event in future Adaptify activities, ensuring that young people continue to develop essential skills such as resilience and digital literacy.

Stay tuned for further updates as we continue with the project. We are excited about how these new tools will empower the next generation!
