Youth Workers 4 Human Rights

Let's support youth workers promoting human rights!

From March 27, 2023, to April 3, 2023, our Slovak team participated in an Erasmus+ training course titled “Youth Workers 4 Human Rights” in Bansko, Bulgaria.

The course was attended by 20 youth workers and active young people from Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Spain, and Cyprus. The project focused on investing in the capacities of youth workers, increasing understanding of human rights, developing skills to promote human rights, and fostering intercultural dialogue and understanding.

We consider this program a valuable experience. It not only helped us improve our communication skills and public speaking but also deepened our knowledge in the field of human rights, minorities, and hate speech against them. Furthermore, it allowed us to meet amazing people from all over the world, learn about their cultures, and gain new perspectives on various topics. We greatly appreciate this opportunity and hope to utilize the new knowledge and skills in our future endeavors.

The organizers and trainers from the Erasmus+ program and representatives of the Youthfully Yours SK organization provided us with all the necessary information, were always willing to help, and made everything easy for us.
