We empower youth workers with digital tools

The first week of August (1.8.2022 - 8.8.2022) an interesting Erasmus training took place in Brussels. The project's theme was Teaching Young People Digital Tools.

Over 40 participants from 8 countries met for a week and exchanged experiences and knowledge from the digital world. Thanks to the diverse age groups and interests of the participants, a truly diverse environment was created. Teachers and students shared how they use digital tools in their professional and personal lives to improve quality and efficiency. Everyone had the opportunity to discover new apps and websites, learn how to use them, and apply them to their lives.

We worked individually or in groups on many tasks, from presenting, video editing, and online quizzes to playing, singing, and dancing.

The accommodation in the center of Brussels was good, as were the dinners at street food stalls. All credit goes to the organizers, who were professional, kind, and prepared for anything. They prepared a packed program for us with enough free time to explore Brussels. We visited the European Parliament, museums, and the city's surroundings together. Groups of different nationalities formed thanks to common interests.

The level of English was very good, so connecting with other participants was very easy, which led to many new friendships.

It was an amazing week of my summer, full of discovering beautiful places and people.
