TC Communication Unplugged

From June 28th to July 4th, a three-member delegation from Slovakia, Daniel Hornáček, Lukáš Kapusta, and Patrik Grman, participated in an informal educational international training held in Rzeszów, Poland.

Throughout the week, our team engaged in various dynamic challenges and practical activities aimed at enhancing communication skills. The practical knowledge gained during the program is highly versatile, offering tools that participants can easily apply in both personal development and professional careers.

Our Slovak team not only absorbed knowledge but also actively contributed to the learning process through our proactivity. We strived to multiply valuable insights and share best practices with other international teams present, thereby maximizing the project's impact on collaboration.

As part of the project's final outputs, participants (primarily Slovak) applied their new skills by creating an informational and promotional video. Designed for sharing via INPRO and our personal social media channels, our video serves as a reflection of our journey and an inspiring invitation for future youth workers and young people to join upcoming training courses.
