"Mindfulness - A full mind"

"Mindfulness - A full mind"

"Mindfulness - A full mind"

A week full of yoga, sports, breathing exercises, fun, meeting new people
and many other activities. I think I speak for everyone when I say that this week was truly exceptional.

We spent it in the cozy environment of the village of Bakonyszentlászló, an environment perfectly suited for gaining knowledge in the field of Mindfulness. Our days consisted of breakfast, followed by activities and workshops where we discussed given topics in groups, created mind-maps, and improved our creative and communication skills. This was followed by a traditional Hungarian lunch; I would especially highlight the fried cheese with rice, truly a unique combination. In the afternoon, we always had a moment for ourselves, whether for relaxation, getting to know other participants, or splashing water in the garden as it was incredibly hot. Further workshops, sports activities, and dinner followed.

Every evening was dedicated to a different nationality under the name Intercultural Night. Each country tried to present itself in the most interesting and original way possible. Our Slovak team prepared a short presentation about Slovakia for the participants, which concluded with a quiz where they tested their knowledge, we played them a funny video
about Slovakia, and we finished with a tasting of traditional Slovak sweets and snacks, but the highlight of the evening was the homemade pierogi, which everyone enjoyed very much.

I think I can say that each of us thoroughly enjoyed this week. Many of us rediscovered our way back to sports or other activities, while others were captivated by yoga and meditation. Many interesting and ambitious people participated in this project, and having conversations with them was truly inspiring. We made many new friends, whom we already miss. At the end of the project, each of us received a Youthpass certificate, which I believe we will use
in the future.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the organizers of this project. They were willing to help in every situation, accommodating, and exuded positive energy. The entire project was very well organized, and we are taking away many memories
and experiences from it.
