The Erasmus Biz2Youth program, held in Latvia, was unlike any other. It was the perfect combination of everything one could wish for. Lack of diversity was not an issue for us. This youth exchange brought together people from 9 different countries (Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, France, Poland, Italy, Greece, and Spain) who were able to connect with each other on many levels. The intercultural night showed us how different yet similar we all are. What's more, insights into design thinking and entrepreneurship in general strengthened our entrepreneurial spirit and opened doors to new opportunities. Without a doubt, we can say that each of us left this program with broadened horizons and perspectives. We cannot thank the great facilitators and organizers enough for making this whole experience happen.
