3D Experiential Learning

Youth workers are essential in guiding young people through various learning processes. This project introduced the methodology of experiential learning. The main goal of this project was to enhance the skills of youth workers in working with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities. Participants had the opportunity to experience the methodology and acquire essential knowledge.

The working methods during the project included energizers, team-building, workshops, a world café, brainstorming, role-playing, and open space activities. The project was held in the beautiful city of Oradea.
