The "Path to Success" project has been successfully completed

As the "Path to Success" project draws to a close, partners and participants gathered for the final multiplier event, bringing together 35 young people from Slovakia to celebrate achievements, exchange experiences, and reflect on the project's impact on youth work and career guidance.
Throughout its duration, "Path to Success" addressed one of the most pressing challenges facing young people today: the transition from education to employment. With youth unemployment, skills mismatch, and limited access to career guidance continuing to affect millions across Europe, the project aimed to equip young people with the tools, confidence, and support needed to successfully navigate their future careers.
The final multiplier event served as an opportunity to showcase the project's key outcomes and the collaborative efforts of the partners throughout the project's lifecycle. Participants learned about the developed career guidance methodology, the training program, and an interactive card game designed to support youth workers in delivering engaging and effective career guidance. The event also highlighted the importance of non-formal education, gamification, and soft skills development in preparing young people for the job market. A significant achievement of the project was the strengthening of youth workers' capacities in professional career guidance. The project created a network of trained youth workers equipped with innovative tools and practical approaches to better support young people, especially those with limited opportunities and young people who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET). At the same time, young participants gained greater self-awareness, improved their employability skills, and boosted their confidence in planning their educational and professional paths.
In addition to the educational activities, the multiplier event provided a space for intercultural exchange, networking, and sharing best practices among participants and organizations. The atmosphere reflected the strong partnerships and shared commitment to empowering youth through accessible and meaningful career guidance.
Although the project officially concludes, its impact will continue through the utilization of the developed resources and methodologies by partner organizations and other stakeholders active in youth education and employability.
