Capacity Building Workshop Reached Over 400 Newsletter Subscribers

The E-Tools for Youth Work project achieved a significant milestone with the successful launch of its capacity-building workshops, designed to enhance the digital competencies of professionals in the youth sector. These online seminars focus on practical strategies for project management in a digital environment, equipping participants with the skills and confidence needed to effectively utilize modern online tools.
To promote the workshops and ensure broad participation, a dedicated project newsletter was created as a key communication channel. Interest grew rapidly, and by the time the workshops began, the newsletter had over 400 subscribers, boasting an impressive open rate of 48.7%. This engagement reflected a strong demand within the youth worker community for practical and accessible training in digital project management.
More than 60 youth workers from partner countries have already begun participating in the online workshops, benefiting from hands-on learning, peer-to-peer exchange, and guidance from experienced instructors. By combining targeted communication activities with relevant and interactive education, the project is significantly contributing to strengthening digital skills across the European youth work sector.
