Main objective: To introduce stress management techniques to promote the well-being and emotional regulation of young people.
Project goals:
Promote mental health and resilience by introducing practical stress management techniques to young people (breathing, journaling, grounding exercises) that foster balance and self-care.
Strengthen emotional regulation skills by helping participants recognize needs, understand emotional responses, and apply healthy coping strategies.
Foster holistic well-being by exploring time management, empathy, and strategies for sustainably balancing online and offline life.
APV (Advance Planning Visit)
Date: February 27 to March 2, 2026
Location: Călărași, Romania.
Participants: 1 group leader
Leader profile:
Age: 18+ years
Experience: Previous Erasmus+ experience is mandatory
Language: Advanced level of English required 🇬🇧
Ability to support, guide, and motivate young people
Experience working with youth or leading groupsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
Role during the project:
Support participants before, during, and after mobility
Attend all group leader meetings during mobility
Facilitate group dynamics and ensure a safe learning environment
IMPORTANT!! The same group leaders must attend both the APV and the youth exchange itself.
🏠Accommodation, three meals a day, and coffee breaks are fully covered by Monomyths Association.
✈️Travel budget rules are the same as for youth mobility.
Youth Exchange
Date: April 30 to May 9, 2026
Location: Călărași, Romania.
Participants: 7 + 1 (group leader)
Participant profile:
Age: 18 – 25 years
Strong motivation to engage and learn from each other
Interest in intercultural exchange and teamwork
Openness to new experiences and different cultures
Willingness to actively participate in all project activities
Respect for group rules, values, and diversityWillingness to disseminate the project and the Erasmus+ program on social media and through local workshops after returning home

Important information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 279 EUR
Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Romania.
Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
