The youth exchange will take place from August 2nd to August 8th, 2026 in Echternach, Luxembourg.

Main Goal: To foster creativity, self-expression, and intercultural understanding among young people through artistic activities such as theater, dance, storytelling, and media, while also strengthening their self-confidence, emotional awareness, and sense of European identity.

Project Objectives:

Encourage young people to express their emotions, identity, and personal experiences through creative arts.
Develop participants' skills in theater, dance, storytelling, and media creation.
Promote intercultural exchange and mutual understanding among participants from different countries.
Support personal growth, self-confidence, and emotional awareness.
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and communication in an international environment.
Create a collaborative final artistic performance reflecting the participants' ideas and experiences.
Build lasting friendships and strengthen a sense of European belonging.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 6+1 leader

Ideal Participant Profile:

Aged 13 – 17 years old.
Interested in theater, dance, storytelling, or creative expression (no prior experience needed).
Open-minded, motivated, and willing to actively participate in group activities.
Interested in meeting new people from different cultures and working in an international team.
Willing to communicate in English.
Curious to explore emotions, identity, and personal experiences through art.

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Participation Fee: 100€

Travel Cost Limits: 309€

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents for both the journey to and from the venue and submit them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is required to arrange health insurance valid in Luxembourg.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
