The youth exchange will take place from August 13 – 22, 2026 in Brăduleț, Argeș, Romania.

Main Goal: This project aims to reconnect young people with nature through outdoor activities and photography. It encourages exploration, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for the relationship between humans and nature.

Project Objectives:

To reconnect young people with nature through photography and outdoor experiences.
To develop observational and exploratory skills in nature.
To use photography for storytelling and connecting with nature.
To strengthen awareness of the interconnectedness of humans, nature, and well-being.
To foster reflection, learning, and sharing through group work.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 5 + 1 leader

Ideal Participant Profile:

16 – 25 years old
Open to outdoor activities, teamwork, basic English, and full participation.
Interested in nature, photography, and exchange

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 285 € (green travel only)

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Romania.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
