Project Organiser: INPRO

The youth exchange will take place from 17th to 22nd of August in Rzeszów, Poland.

Overall goal: The focus is on active participation, which means you won’t just be a spectator– you’ll play a big part in shaping how the program unfolds.Through non-formal education, you’ll learn new skills, explore different cultures, and make connections with people from all over.

Project objectives:

discover cultural traditions, languages, and values through creative and interactive sessions
take part in energisers, icebreakers, and team-building activities that will spark new friendships
collaborate on a meaningful group project that showcases our shared identity and future potential

Ideal Participant profile:

18+
Motivated and willing to participate

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (only green travel) are fully covered.

Travel cost limits: 196€ ONLY GREEN TRAVEL

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.

Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
