Project Organizer: INPRO

The youth exchange will take place from August 17th to 22nd in Rzeszów, Poland.

Main Goal: The emphasis is on active participation, meaning you won't just be a spectator – you'll have a significant role in how the program unfolds. Through non-formal education, you'll learn new skills, discover different cultures, and connect with people from all over the world.

Project Objectives:

• explore cultural traditions, languages, and values through creative and interactive blocks

• engage in energizers, ice-breakers, and team-building activities that will spark new friendships

• collaborate on a meaningful group project that showcases our shared identity and future potential

Working Language: English

Number of Participants: 5+1

Ideal Participant Profile:

• 18+

• Motivated and willing to participate

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (green travel only) are fully covered.

Travel Cost Limits: €196 GREEN TRAVEL ONLY

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents for both the journey to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is responsible for arranging health insurance valid in Poland.

• Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.

• All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
