Project Organizer: Pozitiva Samobor

The youth exchange will take place from March 28 to April 4, 2025 in Veliki Žitnik, Croatia.

Main Goal: Through workshops, outdoor learning, and intercultural exchanges, participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to implement sustainable practices.

Project Objectives:

Increase awareness and understanding of sustainable living principles and their crucial role in environmental protection.
Strengthen participants' connection with nature through hands-on activities and mindfulness exercises.
Equip participants with practical tools and strategies for effective waste management and resource conservation.
Promote holistic health by integrating sustainable nutrition, mindfulness, and outdoor living into daily life.
Equip participants with leadership skills to implement and promote sustainable initiatives in their communities.
Celebrate cultural diversity and shared responsibility for environmental protection through intercultural dialogue and cooperation.

Number of Participants: 4

Ideal Participant Profile:

Aged 18 to 30 (team leader 18+)
Resident of an Erasmus+ program country
Interested in environmental topics, sustainability, and ecological practices
Willing to engage in outdoor learning, workshops, and intercultural exchanges
Open and enthusiastic to collaborate with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds
Committed to applying the knowledge and skills gained during the program in their community
Basic knowledge of English to participate in discussions and activities

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 285 EUR, GREEN TRAVEL ONLY

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Croatia.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
