The youth exchange will take place from March 9 to March 14.

Main goal: Discover how your phone truly affects your mood and concentration. Explore practical tips for balancing online and offline life and try a digital detox in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Project objectives:

  • Explore how to stay mentally healthy, resilient, and truly connected with yourself and others in a world of constant notifications, doomscrolling, and online pressure.

  • Discover your digital balance through creative workshops, outdoor adventures, and peer sharing.

  • Recognize when technology is stressing you out and create real strategies for mental well-being.

  • Learn more about topics such as digital well-being, mental health and resilience, mindfulness and concentration, managing social media pressure, and building healthy habits and self-care.

  • Rediscover offline relationships and nature.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 4+1 leader

Ideal participant profile:

  • 18 – 30

  • leader without age limit

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309 €

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Croatia.

  • Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.

  • All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
