Project Organizer: Youth Enaal Cyprus

The youth exchange will take place from December 3, 2025 to December 12, 2025 at Journalistic Village, Pervolia, Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Goal: To strengthen conflict management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills of youth workers

Project Objectives:

Understand and address challenges in multicultural and intercultural communities.
Manage conflicts and misunderstandings arising from diverse values, communication styles, and stereotypes.
Utilize emotional intelligence and effective communication to transform diversity into strength.
Support young people with fewer opportunities to feel included and actively engaged in society.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 4

Ideal Participant Profile:

18+
Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, mentors, coaches, project managers, and coordinators active in non-formal education and community work
Youth leaders and volunteers working in multicultural or intercultural environments
Individuals working with refugees, migrants, minorities, and Roma youth
Educators and professionals interested in conflict management, mediation, and communication
Participants motivated to develop emotional intelligence and apply it in youth work
Open-minded, motivated, and ready to share experiences and practices with others
Able to communicate effectively in English, committed to active participation throughout the training

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 €

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is responsible for obtaining health insurance valid in Cyprus.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
