The youth exchange will take place from July 3 – 11, 2026 in Vinci, Italy.

Main Goal: To foster an understanding of self-image and its impact on personal and social development.

Project Objectives:

To create a safe international space for reflection, sharing, and co-creation.
To equip youth workers with practical tools (debates, world café, storytelling, theater, dance, positive gossiping, …)
To build a sustainable European network for youth empowerment.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 3

Ideal Participant Profile:

21 years and older
Active in the youth sector
Committed to participating in all phases of the program
Motivated to:improve personal development, psychological and creative skills, share with others, overcome themselves

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 € (or green travel 417 €)

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Italy.

Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
