The youth exchange will take place from August 29, 2025, to September 5, 2025 in Bansko, Bulgaria.

Main objective: How to reconnect with ourselves, deepen our relationships, and feel more at home in the world

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 5

Ideal participant profile:

18+
Youth workers, educators, and volunteers in youth work
Interested in learning to calm their minds, become more aware of their bodies, and gain new self-knowledge
Committed to contributing to the dissemination of results
Motivated to use the learned practices in their work with people
With previous experience in Erasmus+ projects, but preferably without

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309 €

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Bulgaria.

Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
