Project Organizer: EuroDemos Youth Mobility

The youth exchange will take place from January 3rd to January 11th, 2026 in Reggio Calabria, Italy.

Main Goal: To provide participants with a concrete space to understand the importance of self-awareness and well-being competencies in their personal and professional lives, achieving balance, and in relation to the young people they work with.

Project Objectives:

to develop activities focused on well-being and its practice in the daily lives of youth workers
to provide youth workers with a space for discussion and analysis of experiences, circumstances, and expertise in mental health and well-being topics.
to enable youth workers and their organizations to manage negativity, stress, and bad habits.
to exchange and learn new non-formal education techniques and approaches and use them when necessary.
to help youth workers adapt to circumstances and changes, reconnect with the environment, nature, life, balance, work, and young people.
to enjoy and return to nature, the environment, and a good social life.
to alleviate and manage themselves.
to implement quality well-being care for youth workers' experience within the Erasmus+ program.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2

Ideal Participant Profile:

18+
Be an active youth worker, educator, or similar profile
Have sufficient English proficiency to communicate during project activities
Be committed to participating in project activities and their relevant impact on other youth workers

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 €

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Italy.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
