The youth exchange will take place from July 21 to July 27, 2025 in Pamporovo, Bulgaria.
Main objective: Raising awareness about mental well-being and training youth workers in mental health tools and approaches.
Project goals:
To increase young people's awareness of how mental well-being affects all aspects of their daily lives
To stimulate interest in mental health practices as a response to isolation, uncertainty, and phobias among young people
To equip youth workers with tools to improve the mental health of young people
To create a network of youth workers – disseminators of the idea of a healthy lifestyle as a path to mentally resilient young people
To promote mental well-being as a tool for social inclusion and active democratic participation of young people.

Ideal participant profile:
18+
Occupation: youth worker, teacher, social worker, active volunteer, trainer/facilitator, university student
experience and/or interest in the topic of this training and
clearly expressed motivation to get involved and
disseminate what they have learned

Important information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309 €
Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Bulgaria.
Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
