The youth exchange will take place from January 17 – 23, 2026 in Beskid Mały, Poland.

Main objective: To explore how simple and responsible AI can support learning, inclusion, and daily youth work.

Project goals:

Transform needs into AI outputs: create useful worksheets, micro-activities,
quizzes, and summaries tailored to your group.
Make them accessible: create understandable and inclusive materials (simple language, readable layout, subtitles/ALT texts where needed).
Work with quality: follow the plan → test → feedback → improve process, with built-in fact-checking and data care (privacy and secure inputs).

Working language: English.

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: According to distance. More information on calculation can be found in the Infopack

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.

Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
