The youth exchange will take place from May 19 – 24 in Varna, Bulgaria.

Main objective: to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and pedagogical approaches of youth workers to be more flexible and build stronger bonds with the young people they work with

Project objectives:

Promote quality and engaging education by inspiring youth workers and educators to use new tools and experiential, playful learning in their practice.
Develop new knowledge, skills, and competencies for creating engaging educational materials using NotebookLM and effectively involving young people in education.
Deepen the curiosity of youth workers and educators in the learning process through Kolb's experiential learning cycle.
Develop digital skills, understanding of non-formal and informal learning, and a hands-on learning approach.

youth workers, trainers, teachers, volunteers
18+

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309€ (green travel 417 €)

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Bulgaria.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
