Project Organizer: Udruga Prizma
The training will take place from May 23rd to 31st in Veli Iž, Croatia.
Main Goal: Supporting active citizenship through youth work.
Project Objectives:
– increasing the knowledge of youth workers from partner organizations about the functioning of the Union, common EU values, and fundamental rights– increasing the knowledge, competencies, and skills of youth workers from partner organizations in promoting media literacy and critical thinking among youth– exchanging experiences of involved organizations on using non-formal education to support active youth citizenship.

Number of Participants: 24
Ideal Participant Profile:
Residents of Bulgaria, Denmark, Croatia, Slovakia, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, or Latvia, over 18 years old, actively involved in youth work (project manager, project coordinator, teacher, social worker, youth worker, volunteer, animator, etc.) with experience in activities related to active citizenship. Three participants will be selected from each partner organization.Experience in youth work and motivation are decisive in participant selection. Please fill out the application completely and with interest.

Important Information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel Cost Limits: 309 (417 for green travel).
Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Croatia.
Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
