Guiding Change: From Uncertainty to Growth

The youth exchange will take place from June 2 – June 10, 2026

Main Goal: To support youth workers in understanding change as a process, managing its phases, and developing skills to guide and support young people from diverse backgrounds who are undergoing transformation and making important life decisions.

Project Objectives:

To foster an understanding of change as a personal process occurring in phases
To provide empathetic, trust-based support during transformation
To provide needs-based communication tools for managing uncertainty
To enable the exchange of practical approaches to managing change

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2/3

Ideal Participant Profile: Youth workers, youth leaders, facilitators

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 EUR

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Bulgaria.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
