The youth exchange will take place from June 16, 2025, to June 24, 2025 in Romania, Bacău – Harja.
Main Goal: ExciteMENT is a 7-day adventure in nature where you can reconnect with what truly excites you. Through fun, creative, and reflective activities, you will explore your passions, break free from routine, and recharge your energy. It's a safe space to be yourself, try new things, and feel inspired again.
Project Objectives:
To explore what enthusiasm means on a personal level and how it affects well-being and motivation.
To understand how stress and routine impact emotions, creativity, and personal fulfillment.
To experience the benefits of rediscovering joy, play, and curiosity through non-formal methods.
To discover ways to bring more enthusiasm and emotional awareness into daily life and youth work.
Working Language: English.
Number of Participants: 5+1
Ideal Participant Profile:
18 – 30 years old
Young people lacking energy or feeling bored, who are open to rediscovering enthusiasm through active and reflective experiences.
Comfortable with modest accommodation in a traditional Romanian village amidst nature, with limited comfort and no shops nearby.
Important Information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel Cost Limits: 309 €
Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Romania.
Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
