Project Organizer: NECI Cyprus

The youth exchange will take place from April 22 to April 29, 2025.

Main Goal: To promote non-formal learning, through which personal and
professional experiences will be shared, contributing according to one's competencies, collaborating regardless of background, and creating a program.

Project Objectives:

• International cooperation between experienced and less experienced organizations and individuals, as well as among the target
  group, youth workers who want to eliminate discrimination and marginalization through international and European-funded activities.

• Develop projects that will have an effective impact for the next Erasmus period on the topic of social inclusion and intercultural
  learning

• Develop the skills and competencies of youth workers to improve basic key competencies with a focus on
  the development of digital competencies and media literacy.

• Develop the competencies of youth workers to teach young people to work with diversity using innovative and attractive methods
  based on today's technologies

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2

Ideal Participant Profile:

• 18+

• Possess knowledge and previous experience in organizing and creating youth activities.

• Have basic experience with Erasmus+,
  Are interested in improving digital, media, and entrepreneurial skills

• Have knowledge and experience working in an intercultural environment

• Be prepared to support visibility during the project and dissemination of results afterwards.

• Have basic skills in digital and media technologies

• MUST be able to communicate and write fluently in English

• Will have a laptop or tablet

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 €

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Cyprus.

• Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.

• All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
