Project organizer: yEUth

The youth exchange will take place from March 4 to March 13, 2025 in Schaijk, Netherlands.

Main objective: to explore various aspects of their culture — myths, legends, music, food, and customs — in an interactive, collaborative environment.

Project goals:

Foster intercultural understanding and active citizenship
Develop communication skills and combat social isolation
Promote environmental awareness and digital literacy

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 7 + 1 group leader.

Ideal participant profile:

Youth leader, youth worker, educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor, or teacher;
Motivated individual who wants to learn photography;
Must be at least 18 years old and have a good command of English.

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to €309 (€417 for green travel) directly by the organizer (no money passes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for planning and arranging their travel.

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT covered by the organizers or reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in the Netherlands.

Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
