Seminar Connecting Minds
Project organizer: INPRO
The seminar will take place from January 12 – 18, 2025, in Rzeszów, Poland.
Main objective: to create an interactive environment where change-makers can meet, establish new connections, share their knowledge, and exchange experiences and best practices.
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3 – 5.
Important information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to 275 € directly by the organizer (no money passes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for planning and arranging their travel.
Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents for both the journey to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Only green travel is permitted!
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT covered by the organizers nor reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.
Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent activities for disseminating results.
