Communication Unplugged: Mastering In-Person Connection

The youth exchange will take place from June 29 – July 3, 2026 in Rzeszów, Poland.

Main Goal: To convince people that international initiatives bring added value to the community and advance its development.

Project Objectives:

to meet from different countries, learn, grow, and improve professional skills
to deepen understanding of key youth work topics, whether it's inclusion, mental health, digital tools, or creative facilitation methods.
to connect with people who share your enthusiasm for youth work.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 3 – 5

Ideal Participant Profile:

youth workers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, and Hungary
individuals working with young people or in youth organizations
interested in developing their communication and facilitation skills
want to deepen their understanding of group dynamics and conflict management
motivated to learn through experiential and non-formal methods

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 285 € (green travel only)

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
