The youth exchange will take place from November 3 – 14, 2026 in Bédeille, 09230 France.

Main objective: To provide participants with a deeper understanding of cultural differences, discrimination, and systems of oppression, while developing their skills for democratic participation, communication, and cooperation. The project aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to actively promote human rights, justice, and solidarity in their communities.

Project goals:

to provide self-governance tools and test them within our group
to better understand the origins and forms of domination, the impacts of hate speech, and the roots from which they grow
to provide tools for advocating human rights
to share best practices in addressing this topic in youth work settings

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 27

Ideal participant profile:

Age: 18+
Young people with fewer opportunities and/or limited access to international experiences.
Participants who have not previously participated in an Erasmus+ project.
Individuals with a strong interest in human rights, inclusion, and social change.
Youth workers, association members, volunteers, or active community members motivated to share experiences and learn from others.

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309 € / 417 € (for green travel)

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is required to arrange health insurance valid in France.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
