The SHER-Y Toolkit is a comprehensive and practical resource for youth workers, educators, and peer facilitators when leading inclusive sexual education focused on young people. It offers ready-to-use sessions, creative activities, reflection tools, and methodological guidance on topics such as puberty, sexual health, body image, consent, safety in digital environments, and healthy relationships.

The toolkit is intended for young people aged 15 – 17 and those working with them, supporting open dialogue, self-discovery, respect, and informed decision-making. Thanks to its modular structure, mentoring guide, and manual for preparing peer facilitators, it helps create a safe learning space where young people can ask questions, challenge harmful norms, build self-confidence, and make decisions that support their mental well-being.
