INSIDE OUT
InsideOut is a youth project aiming to support independence, resilience and practical life skills in young people (aged 15-18) through experiential learning in nature and peer activities. By combining outdoor education with teamwork and personal development, InsideOut provides adolescents with the tools to manage real-world challenges and mental health issues.

Vision
Our vision is to empower young people across Europe by fostering resilience, self-confidence and personal growth through learning in nature, teamwork and real-world problem-solving experiences. We aim to equip adolescents with practical skills that support their transition into adulthood.
Why we do it
Today's youth face a fast-changing world full of pressure. Many current youth programmes fail to equip adolescents with the emotional and practical skills needed for an independent and confident life. Through InsideOut, we seek to bridge this gap by offering hands-on outdoor education that improves emotional well-being and independence.

Challenges and solutions
Challenge: Social isolation and excessive dependence on digital media have reduced opportunities for meaningful in-person interactions and skill development.
Solution: InsideOut uses outdoor group activities, peer learning and experiential workshops to reconnect youth with nature and develop practical skills.
Challenge: Limited resilience programmes for youth outside of formal education.
Solution: We provide outdoor toolkits, digital resources and a handbook for youth workers to implement innovative learning methods.

We focus on helping:
Adolescents aged 15-18 who are looking for practical life skills and self-confidence.
