Kick-off meeting
We held the kick-off meeting for the A Living Dream project in Slovenia. This event launched our joint efforts to empower students through sustainable education and innovative learning methods.
The meeting brought together representatives from our esteemed partners, including the University of Oviedo in Spain, Ragina Ltd. in Bulgaria, Smart Idea in Slovenia, Creative Station in Serbia, Nikola Obretenov Primary School in Bulgaria, and Youthfully Yours SK in Slovakia. Each partner contributed unique expertise and perspectives and took part in discussions and planning.
During the meeting, we focused on supporting environmental sustainability and key competencies among primary school pupils. We defined the tasks and responsibilities of each partner to ensure effective collaboration and resource utilization. Plans for developing digital learning resources and online platforms were detailed to support accessibility and engagement.
This kick-off meeting laid a solid foundation for the A Living Dream project.

TPM & LTTA
We are pleased to announce that the A Living Dream project has reached a significant milestone in Oviedo, Spain, with two key events: a transnational project meeting (TPM) on March 24, 2025, followed by a learning, teaching and training activity (LTTA) from March 25 to March 28, 2025.
Transnational Project Meeting (March 24, 2025)
The first phase of our meeting focused on refining our approach and ensuring the project is on track for the next steps. Together with our partners from RAGINA, SMART, ESNO, CREATIVE STATION, YYSK, and UNIOVI, we reviewed the status of ongoing tasks and discussed key areas for improvement.
Key points:
Focus group feedback overview: Based on input from focus groups, each partner presented their proposal for improving the training modules. These improvements focused on increasing the relevance and usability of content for primary school educators.
Guidelines for pilot testing: We discussed how to implement pilot testing with teachers and students. Special attention was paid to translating training materials into local languages to ensure accessibility in partner countries.
Digital learning resources: The e-learning resource, including digital badges and learning modules, has been finalized for primary school teachers. Partners will collaborate on translation and template preparation to ensure seamless integration into local school systems.
Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) (March 25 – March 28, 2025)
Following the TPM, we moved on to the LTTA, where the focus shifted to practical applications, professional development, and shared learning experiences. The event brought together primary school teachers working with RAGINA, SMART, ESNO, CREATIVE STATION, YYSK, and UNIOVI.
Key outcomes from the LTTA:
Workshops and presentations: Participants engaged in several workshops focused on sustainable practices, gamification, and nature-based learning, including visits to a local school garden and the Atlantic Botanical Garden for hands-on learning.
Collaborative learning: Teachers had the opportunity to create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that incorporate the agrarian learning model (ALM) in ways that are adaptable to their school environment.
Field trips and practical workshops: The trip included visits to traditional markets and the Atlantic Botanical Garden, which provided participants with the opportunity to observe sustainable practices in action and discuss how they can integrate these ideas into their own classrooms.

What's next?
Following the successful completion of the TPM and LTTA events, the project is ready to move into the next phases:
Pilot testing: Final revisions of training materials are underway, and teachers will begin piloting the program in their classrooms.
Ongoing collaboration: We will continue to work together to refine the ALM and share insights across our partner countries. The upcoming mobility in June 2025 will focus on further integration of the ALM into schools through joint activities.
Special thanks go to UNIOVI for hosting these events and to all partners for their dedication and active participation.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to progress with the A Living Dream project! 🌍
