Project Organiser: Copiii in sanul familiei

The training course will take place between 19.04.2026 to 27.04.2026.

Overall goal: To support youth workers and youth leaders in developing their corse competences as trainers.

Project objectives:

  • To develop participants’ basic facilitation and communication skills as trainers.

  • To strengthen competences in designing and structuring learning processes.

  • To support understanding and management of group dynamics in non-formal settings.

  • To encourage reflective practice and peer learning among trainer.

Working language: English

Number of participants: 2-3

Ideal Participant profile:

  • Age: 18+

  • Profile: Youth workers, youth leaders, facilitators, or active volunteers working with young people

  • Experience level: Beginner to intermediate trainers or youth workers who are interested in developing their trainer role

  • Language: Good working knowledge of English

  • Availability: Able to participate fully in all training days and activities

Important information: Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309 Euros

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Romania

  • Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.

  • All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
