Thanks to Youthfully Yours SK, we had the opportunity to participate in an amazing virtual exchange and embark on our own "entrepreneurial journey". Spending 10 days in an international environment not only helped us gain leadership skills and a better understanding of business-related topics, but also to build cheerful relationships with other nations. Moreover, the diverse community consisting of youth from Ukraine, Italy, Spain, Romania, Georgia, and Slovakia made this project more interesting and multicultural.

Due to the pandemic, all icebreakers were somewhat diminished, but our excellent moderator managed to create the right atmosphere. In the first few days, we got to know each other better to form effective teams. We could see the power of teambuilding and the importance of coherence and problem-solving abilities.

The task of each team was to create a business plan for any idea. With the information provided, we could work more specifically on parts of the business plan. All knowledge from this project will be relevant for our future business purposes, as well as for openness and better acceptance in workplaces.

Being part of the Erasmus+ project was a rewarding experience. I realized that not only the theoretical part of learning is important, but also people and their opinions are a source from which we can draw. The time spent in this environment will forever remain in our hearts, and we all look forward to meeting soon in real life.
