RUR-ALL

This Erasmus+ training course was truly unique! We thought we would get lost in the topic of Rural-all. However, we couldn't have been more wrong. The organizers did an amazing job creating workshops where we learned many new things and actively participated. We discussed problems in our rural areas, as well as in Spanish, Bulgarian, Greek, Italian, Romanian, and Polish rural areas. The whole group collaborated to understand each issue. The best way to handle these kinds of things is to learn how to provide information through teaching.

Many group members had previous contact with teaching, but not in a professional capacity. To begin to understand each other, we had to define the forms of teaching – formal, non-formal, and informal. Then we could proceed with specific steps, which included – activity name/topic, learning objectives, number of participants, activity description, necessary resources, activity evaluation. Finally, we created our own workshop that utilized non-formal education. We presented and received feedback from the group, which could be.

On our free day, we traveled to Dracula's Castle – Bran Castle. It was amazing to see Romanian culture, such as their folklore creatures and also their history. We continued to the city of Brașov. It has a beautiful historic center that we could observe from the towers next to the city.

The program was full of useful information that we can use in our daily lives. We gained new friends, memories, and experiences!
