Media Literacy and Critical Thinking in the information age

From June 28 to July 7, 2022, 30 young people from 9 European countries met in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, for a training course. The main topic was media literacy and critical thinking. We spent 8 amazing days there, learning new skills on how to determine if given information might be true, all through non-formal education. We enjoyed our time in groups creating presentations, and last but not least, we played various games. We were tasked with inventing other games that could be applied to this topic.

We also got to know new cultures through intercultural nights where we tasted new foods and learned basic information about the respective countries. We also spent a free day together in Stara Zagora.
