E-Sustainability
The e-Sustainability training course, which took place in Clermont-Ferrand at the end of April, was a great success. Two of us from Slovakia participated, and we definitely enjoyed it and learned a lot of new things.
Despite the long bus journey to Clermont-Ferrand, which we chose for ecological reasons, we had a great first day getting to know the other participants of the training course through icebreakers. Participants came from 16 countries, making this exchange truly international.

Over 5 days, we intensively focused on the topics of sustainable development goals, ecological lifestyles, and the climate crisis. We even had the opportunity to meet the deputy mayor of Clermont-Ferrand, who came to tell us how the city is striving to be more ecological.
We had the opportunity to learn how to recycle plastics into a keychain, explore the city of Clermont-Ferrand, and interview its residents about whether and how they live sustainably. During the international evening, we showcased the beauties of Slovak culture and cuisine.
The training course was very intensive and flew by, but even though it was so short, we managed to form friendships and connections, and we returned home full of new experiences and motivation to make a change. We thank YouthfullyYours and Resopa for enabling us to have this exceptional experience.
