Design Thinking Academy

The week-long training course in Albenga, Italy, was a great introduction to the topic of Design Thinking. Creative, cyclical, and innovative - this is how I would describe the process our team went through during the first week of October.

The process consists of five phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test. Each phase was a unique challenge for five people with different work experiences and backgrounds.

We chose the topic of Promoting Ecological Travel and designed a solution to improve the ecological experience while traveling and exploring any city or destination.

Our solution would contribute to raising awareness, creating a positive impact on local communities, and helping to create a more sustainable lifestyle. Within our vision, key themes of the Erasmus+ program for the coming years were combined: environmental protection and the fight against climate change, digital transformation, and civic engagement.
