Come and Recycle! - you have something to look forward to

For the past few months, we have been fully dedicated to preparing the Come and Recycle project. We, its creators - Natália Ľašová and Tomáš Nagy - together with a team consisting of Klára, Peťka, Matteo, and Ivan, handled project management from the very basics, from what application we would use to precise dates, times, agreements with lecturers, and many things without which a quality project cannot succeed. Our preparatory phase is now complete. Starting next week - February 17, 2021, we are launching with the first meeting. The project is primarily aimed at high school students from Park mládeže 5 and Poštová 9 grammar school in Košice. However, thanks to online lectures, young and old from other parts of Slovakia will also be able to participate. Everyone will be able to learn more about recycling! The project will be launched with an interesting lecture by Slávka Brzová from Kosit a.s.. We have a lot to look forward to!

The project part focused on recycling and zero waste will run from February 17, 2021, to March 24, 2021. Every "ECO-WEDNESDAY" we can look forward to a different lecturer.

Meetings start at 5:00 PM every Wednesday and you can join them HERE - via this link. It is important to register in advance, as after registration you will receive an email with further instructions.

At the meetings, you have the opportunity to get interesting books on ecological topics - e.g., Household without waste or Do we live responsibly?

In addition to interesting facts, news, tips, and tricks, you can also look forward to the stories of our lecturers, who have dedicated their lives to the environment :).
