STEAM Project Kick-off Meeting in Ruse, Bulgaria

On May 21st and 22nd, the kick-off meeting for the STEAM project took place in Ruse, Bulgaria, at the ESNO premises. Representatives from the partner organizations – Youthfully Yours SK (YYSK), Little Smiles (LS), and ESNO – gathered to officially launch the project activities. The meeting agenda focused on presenting the overall project framework, reviewing planned activities and expected outcomes, and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each partner. Special attention was given to establishing a detailed timeline, agreeing on management and communication procedures, and discussing dissemination strategies.

The partners also worked on building a strong foundation for collaboration to ensure effective coordination and smooth implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Discussions emphasized the importance of consistent communication, shared responsibility, and a unified approach to achieving project goals, particularly in promoting STEAM education for students aged 10-14.
The meeting concluded with an agreement on immediate next steps and a schedule for upcoming project activities. The partners expressed their commitment to maintaining an effective and results-oriented partnership throughout the project's implementation.
