YE EQ is the New Cool

The youth exchange will take place from September 1, 2025, to September 5, 2025 in Rzeszów, Poland.

Main objective: to strengthen your soft skills and grow as confident, creative, and socially aware individuals

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 5+1

Ideal participant profile:

18+ for the leader
18 – 30 for participants

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: Due to distance, ONLY green travel

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.

Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
