Project Organizer: Youthfully Yours Greece
The training will take place from April 28 – May 8, 2026 in Gritsa (Litochoro), Pieria, Greece
Main Goal: To empower young people to build self-confidence and resilience through creative, practical expression, enabling them to navigate an unpredictable world with courage, flexibility, and responsibility towards themselves and their communities.
Project Objectives:
– Introduce podcasting, songwriting, and web radio as educational languages in youth work
– Support youth workers in adapting skills to the digital and online environment
– Update non-formal education methods using music, podcasts, and broadcasting tools
– Bridge the communication gap between youth organizations and Generation Z
– Challenge adultism and promote youth-centered educational approaches
– Strengthen reflection, evaluation, and facilitation through creative media
– Promote Erasmus+ through podcasts, jingles, and audio content
Working Language: English.
Number of Participants: 4
Ideal Participant Profile:
– Aged 18 – 40
– Youth workers, youth leaders, educators, and teachers
– Individuals involved in youth work and education
– Participants interested in European citizenship
– Participants from rural areas
– Participants with limited access to educational resources
– Participants able to communicate in English at a basic to intermediate level, with motivation to improve
Important Information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel Cost Limits: 309 €
Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is responsible for obtaining health insurance valid in Greece.
Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
