The youth exchange will take place from May 9th to 15th in Brașov, Romania.

Main Goal: Mastering a comprehensive toolkit
of NLP techniques designed specifically for youth work. Exploring
everything from subtle communication patterns to powerful mindset transformation tools. Connecting practical
skills with a deep understanding of how the young mind works and responds.

Project Objectives:

Gain the ability to read and respond
to subtle behavioral cues
Develop clear strategies for building deep
connections with young people
Utilize practical tools to transform
challenging situations

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2 – 3

Ideal Participant Profile:

Age: 18 – 30 years old
Good conversational English skills
Interest in personal growth and mental health awareness
Balancing work, life, and well-being
Individuals curious about Neuro-Linguistic Programming
(NLP), but without systematic exposure to it

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 €

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Romania.

Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
