The youth exchange will take place from October 13 to 21, 2025 in Puck, Poland

Main Goal: To equip youth workers with participatory photography methods to help young people at risk of exclusion share their own stories and build connections across cultures

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 3 – 4

Ideal Participant Profile:

18+
Youth workers, educators, and volunteers in youth work
With experience working with at-risk youth
Open to new methodologies and willing to learn photography-based tools and methods (previous experience not required)
Committed to organizing dissemination events and ensuring high-quality project visibility
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both spoken and written)

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 € (green travel: 417 €)

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
