The youth exchange will take place from July 13 – 19, 2026 in Samobor, Croatia.

Main Goal: This training provides youth workers with practical tools to create learning environments that foster focus, encourage meaningful engagement, and balance learning in the digital world.

Project Objectives:

To strengthen the ability of youth workers to respond to the challenges of a digitized learning environment.
To develop skills for creating educational experiences that promote focus and meaningful engagement.
To explore experiential and non-formal learning methods.
To encourage reflection, deep learning, and balanced learning processes.
To foster mutual learning and exchange of practices among countries.
To provide practical tools and ideas for daily youth work.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2

Ideal Participant Profile:

youth worker / youth leader / volunteer and collaborates
18+ years old
Actively involved in youth work through a sending organization.
Willing to contribute to and learn within a collaborative learning environment.

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 €

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is responsible for arranging health insurance valid in Croatia.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
