TC Embodied Habits

The training will take place from August 27 to November 6 in Laumas, Latvia.
Main Goal: To equip youth workers with practical embodied tools (such as breathing techniques, yoga, and dance) combined with habit-building frameworks (e.g., Atomic Habits) that help young people improve motivation, emotional regulation, and daily habits.
Project Objectives:
To teach youth workers how to help young people transform short-term learning into lasting positive habits
To introduce breathing techniques, yoga, dance, and improvisation as practical tools for motivating and emotionally regulating young people.
To enable participants to design and test their own workshops and take concrete templates back to their communities.
To connect 31 youth workers from 8 countries for experience exchange, resource sharing, and long-term cooperation.

Ideal participant profile:
Age: 18+
Actively involved in youth work
Minimum one year of practical experience working with young people
Sufficient level of English

Important information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309 € / 417 € (green travel)
Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Latvia.
Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
